SeraSupper is a meal planning application for iOS developed and published by Harper Advanced Technologies, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. It is a planning and organization tool that helps you build a dish library, plan meals on a calendar, generate recipe ideas, and create grocery lists. SeraSupper is not a food-safety, medical, nutritional, or dietary authority.

This Disclaimer explains the limits of what SeraSupper does and clarifies your responsibilities as a user. Please read it carefully. By using SeraSupper, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described here. This Disclaimer is provided in addition to, and does not replace, our Privacy Policy.

2. Food Safety and Preparation Are Your Responsibility

Recipes, cooking times, temperatures, quantities, and techniques presented in SeraSupper are suggestions only. They have not been independently kitchen-tested or verified for safety by Harper Advanced Technologies. You must use your own judgment and knowledge, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate, before relying on any information in the app.

3. Allergens and Dietary Restrictions

SeraSupper includes features that attempt to avoid certain allergens or accommodate dietary preferences you select. These features are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed. SeraSupper does not and cannot guarantee that any dish, recipe, ingredient, suggestion, or meal plan is free from any particular allergen or suitable for any particular dietary, medical, or religious requirement.

4. AI-Generated Content

SeraSupper uses on-device artificial intelligence (Apple's FoundationModels framework) to generate recipe ideas, dish suggestions, and related content. AI-generated content — including ingredients, quantities, cooking times, techniques, and instructions — may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and has not been kitchen-tested. Harper Advanced Technologies cannot guarantee any result from AI-generated content. Always apply your own judgment while shopping and cooking, and adjust as needed.

5. Nutrition Information Is an Estimate

Any calorie counts, macronutrient values, or other nutrition figures shown in SeraSupper are estimates. Where nutrition data is derived from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA SR Legacy Database) or generated by AI, actual values will vary based on the specific brands, ingredients, portion sizes, and preparation methods you use. Nutrition information in SeraSupper is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Consult a qualified professional for guidance specific to your health.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

SeraSupper lets you search for, open, and view recipe websites, search results, and videos from third parties inside an in-app browser, and it can extract ingredient lists from a page you have opened. All such third-party content, including recipes, images, brand names, and videos, belongs to its respective owners. Harper Advanced Technologies is not affiliated with, does not endorse, and does not control any third-party website, service, or content you access through the app, and is not responsible for its accuracy, safety, availability, or terms of use. Your use of any third-party website or content is governed by that third party's own terms and policies.

7. Not Medical or Professional Advice

SeraSupper does not provide medical, health, nutritional, or dietary advice, and nothing in the app should be interpreted as such. The app is not a substitute for professional judgment. SeraSupper is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content it provides is accurate, complete, safe, or reliable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Harper Advanced Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any illness, injury, allergic reaction, loss, or harm of any kind arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, SeraSupper — including reliance on any recipe, suggestion, allergen filtering, nutrition estimate, or other content in the app. You use SeraSupper at your own risk.

Harper Advanced Technologies may update this Disclaimer from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. Your continued use of SeraSupper after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
