Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. SeraSupper has no accounts and no servers of its own. Your data lives on your device and, if you use iCloud, syncs privately through your own iCloud account.
How does syncing across my devices work?
If iCloud is enabled, your dishes, meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists sync automatically through Apple’s CloudKit to your private iCloud account. Make sure the same Apple Account and iCloud Drive are enabled on each device.
Why don’t the AI recipe features appear on my iPhone?
The on-device AI features are built on Apple Intelligence (Apple’s FoundationModels framework), which requires a supported device with Apple Intelligence enabled. On devices without it, the rest of the app works normally — you just won’t see AI suggestions.
I imported a recipe from a website but only the ingredients came in. Why?
That’s expected. When you import from a recipe website, SeraSupper extracts the ingredient list so you can add items to your plan and grocery list — it does not copy the site’s cooking steps. You can open the original page any time from the recipe.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstalling SeraSupper removes all app data from your device. If you used iCloud sync, you can also remove the synced copy via iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Is SeraSupper free? Are there ads?
SeraSupper has no ads, no tracking, and no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
